The three courses in this curriculum are part of the licensure requirements for the Department of Health for Adult Residential Care Home Operators. These operators provide live-in care for up to five persons in the operator’s home and serve as their advocate. The residents are often elderly and may be mentally ill, mentally retarded, or have chronic diseases.
