International Admission (Non F-1 Students)

For Non F-1 students, please follow the General Admissions Deadlines.

STEP 1: Check Application Deadlines

STEP 2: System Application Form

The University of Hawaii System Application Form (UHSAF) is available in PDF format to view, fill out and print if you have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. A link to the UH System Admissions Forms (NOTE: LINK TO F1 STUDENT PAGE) web page has been provided. The latest UHSAF can be downloaded there.

STEP 3: $25 Non-Resident Application Fee

This fee is not refundable and may not be transferred to another term or applicant.

The Nonresident Application Fee Payment Form is available in PDF format to view and print if you have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. See “Download Acrobat Reader” under the Related Links section.

STEP 4: Copy of Your Immigration Documents

  1. Copy of your passport: Submit a copy of your current Passport biography page.
  2. Copy of your I-94: Submit front and back copies of your current I-94 card in your passport.
  3. Copy of your visa page in your passport: Submit a copy of your visa if you have one in your passport.
  4. Copy of your SEVIS I-20: Submit front copy of your current I-20 form if you are attending any schools in the U.S.
