Kapi‘olani Community College (Kapiʻolani CC) is an approved institution for education and training under the Veterans Education Assistance Act (GI Bill®), the Veterans Readjustment Act, and the Dependent’s Educational Act. After you apply to Kapiʻolani CC (for Fall 2021; for Spring 2022) and are accepted, we have a Veteran & Military Resource Center here to help you navigate the VA Education Certification process.
The Veteran & Military Resource Center at Kapiʻolani CC is designed to act as a liaison between the students and The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). VA determines eligibility, process payments and issue checks to all veterans and their dependents. Although we are not employees of the Department of Veterans’ Affairs, we can still assist and counsel you on the following:
- KCC’s policies and procedures related to VA Benefits
- GI Bill® Educational Benefits Information
- VA Enrollment Certification Request
- Academic Advising
- Transfer Credits
Veteran Students and their dependents at Kapi‘olani Community College who intend to receive VA benefits should contact the Veteran & Military Resource Center.
Hours of Operation:
