Students are required to use Microsoft Office 2016 and Windows 10 and have a basic familiarity with the Internet.
ICS 101 is required for Certificates of Completion in Programming, Database Administration, Help Desk Support Services and Payroll Preparer. It also meets requirements for Shidler College of Business (UHM), College of Business at Hilo (UHH), or School of Travel Industry Management (TIM), UHM’s Biology program and Botany Department.
