Prerequisite(s): Grade of "C" or higher, or concurrent enrollment in CULN 112.
This course requires purchasing the KCC Culinary Arts cutlery set and the lab uniform, and wearing it starting the first day of this class. The KCC Bookstore sells the cutlery set and uniform components. For more information on the uniform and cutlery requirements, consult the program handbook, or email Lmaehara@hawaii.edu for more information and/or to request a handbook. AS Culinary Arts majors who enroll in this section may also register for CRN #33027, CULN 130 which begins in March.
