Prerequisite(s): A grade of "B" or higher in CULN 155, or consent of instructor/department chair.

Spring 2019 AS-CULN-Pastry Arts degree candidates may request reserved CULN 252 and CULN 253 seats if you; a) will complete all remaining AS Pastry classes in spring 2019, b) have paid the $15 diploma fee, c) have officially declared AS-CULN-Pastry Arts as a STAR major, and d) email Lmaehara@hawaii.edu by 12:00 noon on Thursday, November 1, 2018, to request seats in CULN 252 and CULN 253.
