CHNS 101 is designed for students who are beginning to study the Chinese language. Students with prior Chinese language experience, including any dialect of Chinese, should take the placement test at the Testing Center in Lama library before registering.
If you have taken Chinese in the past prior to enrolling into College, taking the Chinese placement test or seeing a Chinese instructor is recommended.
This CHNS 101 class section (CRN 35054) is conducted online. Please check your hawaii.edu email account regularly for course notifications.
