CULN 111: Intro to the Culinary Industry
Comment: Effective Fall 2019 CULN 111 has been approved for use as an elective for the Associate in Arts degree in Liberal Arts and the various AA Liberal Arts concentrations, as well as the Associate in Arts degree in Hawaiian Studies.
This CULN 111 class section (CRN 33001) is conducted online. Please check your hawaii.edu email account regularly for course notifications. Students are encouraged to enroll in CULN 111 during their first semester. Although advanced computer skills are not required, this course utilizes Laulima to support classroom instruction. Basic computer use and including word processing applications are used in instruction.
