Report an Incident
Reports of sexual violence, stalking, or sexual harassment can be submitted to Kapi‘olani CC’s Title IX Coordinator by using the online reporting form. Kapi‘olani CC will work cooperatively to ensure that your health, physical safety, and academic status are protected.
Reporting Options
All members of Kapi‘olani CC’s community have several options for submitting a report or complaint of sexual assault, relationship violence or stalking. Kapi‘olani CC provides a variety of reporting options available to an individual, so that each person may choose a path for response best suited to his or her particular situation.
Title IX Complaint Resolution Process
Kapi‘olani Community College promptly and thoroughly investigates and resolves complaints alleging sex discrimination, sexual harassment, and sexual violence.
