[respect] Campaign – September 11th-14th

September 11th -14th is [respect] Week at Kapi‘olani CC – KCC 2017 RESPECT Flyer.  Every year, KCC PAU Violence Coalition has partnered with Hawai‘i’s Sex Abuse Treatment Center (SATC) to raise awareness of sexual violence on our campus by educating students, faculty, staff, and administrators about healthy and [respect]ful relationships, safe behaviors, and positive messages through the [respect]™ Campaign.

We invite every student, faculty, staff, and administrator to join us in our [respect] Campaign. Over the past two years, we have emphasized “Know the Line” and “[respect] the Line.” This year, we are focusing on “Protect the Line.” How can you be a part of this? Please complete the Protect The Line Reflection Activity, which asks you what is your responsibility in “protecting the line.”  Bring your completed reflection response to the [respect] Campaign Table from September 11th through the 14th, 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., located at our new Learning Center, 2nd Floor of Lama Library. While you’re there, take some time to participate in activities, gather information, and meet the members of the KCC PAU Violence Coalition.

So, please join us! Together, we can take a stand against violence!

Don’t forget to wear your [respect] gear! If you don’t have any, stop by this week, and you could walk away with a [respect] hat, t-shirt, and other giveaways!
