Sexual Respect & Title IX
Title IX is a landmark federal civil rights law that prohibits sex discrimination in education. Title IX is not just about sports; it is a prohibition against sex-based discrimination in education. Kapi‘olani CC promptly and thoroughly investigates and resolves complaints alleging sex discrimination, sexual harassment, and sexual violence, including sexual assault, stalking, dating violence, and domestic violence.
