Dr. Kelli Goya, Title III Project Director, has been confirmed as the project director for the Kūloa‘a – Advancing Indigenous Innovators project, funded by a Title III ANNH Part A grant. Dr. Goya has served as the project director for Title III ANNH initiatives for more than a decade and brings expertise necessary to continue the project and supplemental activities for this transitionary period for the Kūloa‘a project.
Dr. Goya was nominated to lead the Kūloa‘a project after the departure of former project director Ms. Kapulani Landgraf, who accepted a position at Windward Community College.
