Request use of event rooms

Need to request a space?

Submit a document requesting to use campus spaces, particularly for large events exceeding 50 attendees or involving complex setups. Requests must be submitted 3 to 6 months in advance and are subject to approval; external users must also complete a Facilities Use Agreement if approved.
