The Hawaiʻi Council for the Humanities is hosting grant workshops for the spring cycle of grant opportunities. A full list of grant opportunities are available on the HCH website and are summarized below.

The deadline for the Public Humanities Grants and Preservation & Access Grants applications is March 5, 2021/5:00 pm HST.

The Public Humanities Grant offers funding up to $10,000 to support engaging programs seeking to promote deep thinking, conversation, and connection on issues that impact our communities in Hawaiʻi.

The Preservation & Access Grants offers funding up to $10,000 for projects that mālama Hawaiʻi’s history, preserve resources that are important to a community, and make them publicly accessible to researchers, students, and the general public.
