Planning

The Office for Institutional Effectiveness provides leadership and direction in the planning efforts of Kapi‘olani Community College (Kapi‘olani CC). The purpose of the “Planning” section of the website is to communicate and provide resources for faculty and staff to be involved with the institution-wide planning process. Current projects include department tactical planning, Kapi‘olani CC Strategic Plan, and the Long Range Development Plan. We invite you to share your comments by contacting any of the individual unit heads regarding their tactical plans.

Long Range Development Plan

The Long Range Development Plan (LRDP) is C’s master plan linking the Kapi‘olani CC Strategic Plan (2008-15) physical planning process with campus programmatic and institutional goals. Currently, the University of Hawai‘i Board of Regents is in the review and approval process of this living plan, so the existing LRDP drafts are still pending further development before it can be implemented.
